Lucano Amaro is an Italian non-alcoholic bitter liqueur created in 1894. The recipe remains unchanged and thankfully so - because this is exactly how an amaro should taste: pleasantly bitter, lightly sweet, with rich spices and herbal freshness. As always, the recipe is kept secret, but we do know that it contains over 30 different herbs and is bottled at 0% alcohol.
